If you guys know me at all, you know tow things: I am always multi-tasking (or at least trying to) and I love to shoot weddings, be them my own, or 2nd shooting for another photographer.
One afternoon, I was doing some work, and of course, I had facebook running in the background. I noticed a post from another photographer, Todd Nichols asking for an assistant for the day to help with a wedding. His assistant had bailed last minute. I see this as a HUGE opportunity for me. I love working with photographers that I haven’t worked with before. I called him up, and it was set, I would meet him later that day to assist. Todd was awesome enough to let me shoot along side of him while assisting. I turned over my images to him, and was blown away by the response.
After looking at the images that I took that day, Todd called me to ask me to be a part of his team. He wanted to hire me to be an associate photographer for his company. He said he had the perfect wedding for me, this September at
The Berry Hills Mansion. This brings me to this amazing wedding of Whitney and Logan.
Their wedding was AMAZING, every detail perfectly planned. I loved the vintage feel, and although it was suppose to storm all day, we could not have asked for more perfect weather!
Thank you Todd for the opportunity to shoot this stunning wedding!
watching these guys tie these bow ties, was HILARIOUS, especially when they looked up the tutorial on youtube.com
One of my favorite photos, Whitney’s family all with their wedding bands.
This was SO NEAT, everyone all went outside and light Wish Lanterns. It was so magical seeing them all float away.
